Applying for a PHRF Rating

There are 2 ways to apply for your PHRF (Performance Handicap Racing Fleet) rating certificate:

Whichever you use, be sure to send in your check for SAIL & PHRF Fleet dues. The SAIL membership application is here.   PHRF dues are $5.00 per boat; more than one boat may be entered.

Do not use either method if your boat is not PHRF-eligible. It must be a self-righting monohull.
